Japanese Car Day

Mueseum of Transportation - Brookline, MA

October 1st, 2005, 10am - Rain or Shine
Sponsored by the Datson DRONE club, we are again invited to join the festivities

You can find directions at http://www.mot.org. There will be door prizes, an exhibit by Showa Institute and awards for different classes of vehicle- voted by participants! Come and show off your Japanese sports car and meet other people with similar interests in sports car history.

Last year MARX7 had around 10 members in the show, and new members were welcomed at their first MARX7 event. Dozens of interesting and unique Japanese sports car made an appearance. In years past a good mix of new and old cars made appearances. Some highly modified and some bone stock restorations. Datsun Z's, Roadsters and 510's.

We are hoping for an even bigger turnout this year. The MOT -Larz Anderson Auto Museum- is located on the old estate property of Larz Anderson who was an early collector of automobiles. The grounds are quite nice and I encourage a picnic with the family near the pond or along some of the trails.

Spectators admission is $7.00 and car entries are $10.00 including 2 people.

Please RSVP with your name, make/model and number of attendees.
