Simple directions are as follows: From the north (rout 2, 3, 93 take 128 south. From routs 20, mass pike take 128 north to the winter street exit. You will see the hotel as you com off the exit. Come around the "rotary" and follow the signs for first avenue to the entrance to the hotel.

We will be meeting in the rear parking lot as we have done in the past. I am going to see about confirmation of the room on Monday March 18, 2002 and will need an exact count by March 28 2002. I have to tell the # going for the food by that day and I have to make payment at that time.

Now comes the $$$$ end of things: I have to pay at that the time of confirmation of the # of people (March 28, 2002) I will be glad to do this but, I would like to be reimbursed prior to us sitting down, that way I don't have to chase people after the fact. I will be posting my address for checks if you want to mail it to me I will also be setting up a pay-pall account. More information on that will be forth coming. One last thing if we do not have 16 or more people there is a $50 set up charge.

SCHEDULE Arrive at the hotel 10:30 - 11:00 am (Look at 7's until noon).
Noon get settled in the hotel and get food, and commence with the talks.
Gathering over at 5:00PM (when reservation expires)
